The service
CrowdPulse provides crowd-level estimates and an off-peak offers marketplace. Crowd status is advisory and should be treated as a planning signal, not a guarantee of access, safety, wait time, or venue availability.

Promoted placements are always labeled and never alter the underlying crowd reading.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Business workspaces are isolated per organization; you may only access data belonging to organizations you are a member of.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false crowd reports, scrape or resell CrowdPulse data, probe other organizations' data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Business plans are billed through Stripe per the pricing page. Failed payments are retried; after 7 days the workspace becomes read-only. Data is retained for 30 more days before deletion.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtriVex Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including the EU and Japan.
